Writer's Block: It's cold outside

This Californian says it depends on where I am or what I'm doing. When its 63F in my home during winter, its too cold; 63F inside in the summer would be an appreciated miracle. Probably the lower 50sF are where I draw the line. However, my sister and I have been known to swim in the ocean in January :)
